cannot locate symbol “pthread_cond_clockwait”
用ndk做交叉编译时提示如下错误：
cannot locate symbol "pthread_cond_clockwait"
经过多方搜索都无果，最后尝试成功的一种解决方案：
ndk 由25d 降级为21e
api level保持30不变

这个是在用ndk交叉编译arm版本时出现的错误。
经过尝试，最终解决方案如下：
api level 太低了，选择30 以上的就可以，例如armv7a-linux-androideabi30-clang
